A little bit about the Somerset FA 

Somerset FA is the not-for-profit body responsible for the development and governance of grassroots football in Somerset since 1885. We work with the FA to deliver the national game strategy in our county, ensuring that the beautiful game is accessible and enjoyable for all.

At Wessex Youth FC we firmly believe that football should always be coached, played and watched within a safe, positive environment. As such we fully endorse the FA's Respect programme, Codes of Conduct and policies that endorse this.

As an FA Charter Standard Club, it is mandatory that these Codes of Conduct and policy documents are read by all players and parents/carers before signing on to any Wessex FC team.
